Useful Information

Rockland Wildfowlers Association manages access across a variety of marshes and wetland habitats throughout the Norfolk Broads. Each marsh offers its own character, challenges and opportunities, with members able to experience traditional Broadland wildfowling in some of East Anglia’s most historic landscapes.

Members are reminded to always check local conditions, tides and weather before venturing onto the marsh. Many areas can become hazardous during periods of flooding, poor visibility or severe weather.

Respect for neighbouring landowners, livestock and the wider public is essential at all times. Please ensure gates are left as found and vehicles parked considerately.

Careful management of shooting pressure is central to protecting both the quality of sport and the welfare of wintering wildfowl. Several marshes operate on limited shooting days or rotational access to ensure areas are rested regularly throughout the season.

This section contains downloadable maps, access guidance and marsh regulations to help members use the ground safely and responsibly.

Stalking

Accompanied stalking outings can be arranged on club land for a cost of £100. Please contact Kevin Tipple for more information.
